Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

Satisfaction is guaranteed, however, when there is no technical flaw in the lighting or photography itself, and satisfaction is subjective as in "beauty is in the eye of the beholder..." we will go to reasonable lengths to insure you are satisfied, with the understanding that some services such as retouching may incur additional cost to the customer. |

In most cases we do. The deposit for Weddings is to reserve your date. For Portrait services the deposit covers the sitting. For Senior/Graduate Portraits the deposit is the package price. |

For each type of service we offer several packages. There are different packages for Individual/Group/Family Portraits, Weddings, Senior/Gradute Portraits, and Events. We have done much research and have put together what we think are package offerings designed to fit just about any budget and portrait need. |

It depends on the services, however all of our customers are VERY impressed by the variety, quality and quantity offered! |
