Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and every effort will be made to ensure that our customers are happy with our service.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Member of the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers and the British Professional Photographers Associates and Canadian Photographers Association. Completed Digital Phtoography Certification program at Georgian College. Participation in a variety of wedding photographer training programs, discussion boards and workshops.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
I offer a number of different packages which are customizable to meet each couple's unique requirements. Our hourly rate is $195 (5 hour minimum). Special rates apply for mid-week events and off-season dates.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
A $500 "Save the Date" is required with contract signing.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
On average - between 50 to 100 per hour.

Q.	Can I keep the negatives?
Digital negatives are included with all packages.

Q.	How many weddings have you photographed?
Over 60 since opening the business in 2004.

Q.	What is your photographic style?
Free-style photography creating unique, passionate, stunning, artistic images. I use a combination of styles from the photojournalistic, formal posed shots (the ones Mom's like) and candids to capture the complete documentary of your wedding day.

Q.	Do you provide black and white photography?
Yes. Black & white as well as sepia images are included at no additional cost.

Q.	Do you use digital or film?
Digital.

Q.	Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Please visit the website or book your complimentary in-home visit to view my most recent portfolio, albums and images.

Q.	How far are you willing to travel?
Wherever my Canadian passport is valid. Of course, anywhere in Canada also. We love to travel and would be delighted to photograph your wedding anywhere in the world.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Your personalized custom proofbook is delivered within 8 - 12 weeks after your wedding day. The on-line private web gallery goes live the day after you receive your proofbook. Prints and enlargements are delivered within 4 weeks of receipt of your order. Album order delivery is dependent on the manufacturer and album style chosen with your package.
